ADAM D. FERRARI
CEO, Managing Partner
Adam Ferrari is a founding member of Ferrari Energy and has served as managing member since 2014. Adam began his career with BP America as a completions engineer in 2005. During his tenure with BP, Adam served in various drilling, completions, and production roles both in the Gulf of Mexico and the onshore US business units. Following his experience at BP, Adam transitioned to an equity analyst role within the Oil and Gas division at Macquarie Capital in Denver, CO. After 2 years in the financial services industry, Adam transitioned back to Oil and Gas industry in a lead Petroleum Engineering role with start-up Halcon Resources. Adam ultimately launched start up Ferrari Energy to capitalize on the opportunities present in the Oil and Gas acquisitions space. Adam Ferrari graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Scott Fey is Chief Financial Officer of Ferrari Energy and a Member of the Board of Directors. All of the company’s finance, accounting and operational functions report to Mr. Fey. Prior to joining Ferrari, he was the founder and president of multiple real estate investment funds. He previously worked in the M&A and Restructuring/Corporate Finance group at Morgan Stanley where he executed detailed financial analysis for clients across numerous industries and geographies; created dynamic financial models to analyze mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divisional spin-offs, equity and debt offerings and share repurchases. Mr. Fey holds a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign
Lawrence Fey has 15 years of experience investing across the technology, telecommunications, aerospace & defense and adtech industries and is a managing director at a leading private equity firm. He holds a BA in economics cum laude from Dartmouth College. In addition to [Ferrari Energy], he is also a Director of Great Call, Inteliquent, Park Place, Simpli.fi and Vivid Seats and was previously a Director of CAMP Systems, Global Traffic Network, Six3 Systems and Zayo Group.
Dan Rose is a Partner at LFI Real Estate, a real estate investment and development firm founded in 1973. Dan began his career with Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in their real estate lending department in London, England in 2005. Following his experience at RBS, Dan took a position on the finance team at Mid-America Development Partners (Midco), a middle market, regional, real estate development firm with a focus on retail. While at Midco, Dan oversaw more than $500 million in real estate finance consisting of debt, mezzanine, and equity sources and reported directly to the CFO of the company. At the time of his departure, he was the lead on retail finance as well as retail deal feasibility. After 2 years at Midco, Dan transitioned over to his permanent role at LFI where he is now Director of Retail Development. Dan Rose graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics.
Mark Anderson is a managing director at a leading private equity firm and has nearly 20 years of experience investing across the technology, media and telecommunications sector. Mark holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. In addition to [Ferrari Energy], he is also a Director of Cision, Global Traffic Network, IQNavigator, Lytx and XIFIN. Mark is active in education, serving on the board of the Chicago Foundation for Education, a non-profit organization that seeks to improve the educational experience of Chicago’s public school children. In addition, Mark is a member of the Chicago-area Jefferson Scholars Selection Committee for the University of Virginia.
